Hevyn Johnson, 25, Peoria, was issued a Citation for Speeding 26-34 MPH over Limit (72 mph in a 45 mph Zone).  Johnson was released with a Required Court Appearance.
Skyler Moore, 29, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Driving 21-25 MPH over Limit (76 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Moore was released with no Required Court Appearance.

05/17/26 Mark Dunham 33, Clinton was issued a citation for operating a motor vehicle with expired registration.

 

05/17/26 Hunter Wakeman 19, Chestnut was issued citations for improper left turn/ on coming traffic and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Wakeman was issued a notice to appear.

05/16/26 Jodaniele Snyder 44, Clinton was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. Snyder was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration. Snyder was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

 

05/18/26 Jeanine Mercado 39, Clinton was charged with two counts of retail theft. Mercado was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

 

05/18/26 Cain Catino 54, Clinton was arrested on a New York warrant. Catino was also charged with criminal damage to property. Catino was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

04/28/26 Bryan Doss 39, Clinton was issued a citation for operating a vehicle with suspended registration. Doss was issued a notice to appear.

Arrests:

05/02/26 Lane Toohill 21, Clinton was charged with criminal damage to property and domestic battery. Toohill was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to corrections.

05/03/26 Miqueas Ramos-Lopez 19, Chicago was charged with operating a motor vehicle with no valid driver’s license / never issued. Ramos-Lopez was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to corrections.

05/03/26 Sephanie Nelson 45, Clinton was charged with domestic battery. Nelson was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to corrections.
