09/19/25 Omar Magana 20, Clinton was charged with fleeing / eluding a peace officer and disobeying a stop sign. Magana was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

09/20/25 Holly Thomas 47, Clinton was charged with driving while license revoked, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to signal when required. Thomas was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

Arrests: 
On September 18, 2025 Clinton Police arrested Laura L. Green, 61, Clinton, for the offense of Violation of Stalking/No Contact Order. Green was transported to the Dewitt County Jail where she was turned over to corrections personnel for processing. 
On September 18, 2025 Clinton Police arrested Jeffrey J. Blood, 37, Clinton, for the offense of Domestic Battery. Blood was transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections personnel for processing.

09/10/25 Victoria Lacour 36, Decatur was charged with operating a vehicle with no valid driver’s license. Lacour was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

09/10/25 Ryan O’Connor 45, Clinton was arrested on a Macon County warrant. O’Connor was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

09/11/25 Carl Roberts 46, Clinton was arrested on a McLean County warrant. Roberts was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

09/12/25 Benevia Mosley 55, Decatur was charged with deceptive practices. Mosley was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

09/12/25 Joshua Davis 32, Waynesville was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Davis was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

09/13/25 Mike Turner 61, Milwaukee, WI was arrested on a Macon County warrant. Turner was additionally charged with driving while license suspended and speeding. Turner was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

09/13/25 Ricky Ahlers 48, Clinton was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and failure to remain at the scene of a vehicle damage accident. Ahlers was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

09/14/25 Jonathan Bethel was charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, aggravated battery, aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. Bethel was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

James Howell, 39, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Forgery/Issue/Deliver Document.
Michael Johnston, 36, Heyworth, was issued a Citation for Driving while License Suspended.  Johnston was released with a Required Court Appearance.
Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred at approximately 18:50 on 9/10/25 revealed that Sophia McGinn, 23, Bloomington, was traveling eastbound on Illinois State Route 54 just west of Fox Rd.  McGinn exited the south side of roadway and continued driving eastbound through the ditch, into some tall grass and finally colliding with a large tree stump.  McGinn sustained extensive damage to the front middle and both passenger and driver side front quarter panels.  McGinn was issued Citations for Improper Lane Usage and Failure to reduce Speed/Accident.  
Rachel Hatcher, 36, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Hatcher was released with no Required Court Appearance.
Eric Lamb, 60, Decatur, was arrested and charged with DUI Under the Influence of Alcohol.
Jordan Boyer, 22, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Possession of Meth <5 Grams.
