THERE WERE 3 PEDESTRIANS WALKING EASTBOUND ON VAN BUREN ST ON THE NORTHSIDE OF THE ROAD. MONTOYA STRUCK 2 OF THE PEDESTRIANS. BOTH SUBJECTS WERE TRANSPORTED BY EMS FOR THEIR INJURIES. MONTOYA WAS ISSUED A CITATION FOR DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED.
