John Clement Jr. 64, Mount Auburn, was issued a Citation for Speeding (81 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Clement Jr. was released with no Required Court Appearance.
Chelsea Cleeton, 35, Lincoln, was issued a Citation for Speeding (78 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Cleeton was released with no Required Court Appearance.
Megan Ray, 40, Weldon, was arrested, charged and issued Citations for Driving While Driver’s License, Permit, or Privilege to Operate Motor Vehicle is Suspended or Revoked.  
Mikayla Schultz, 20, Clinton, was arrested, charged and issued a Citation for DUI, Under the Influence of Alcohol.
Ruby Scott, 57, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Theft-Obtains/Exerts Unauthorized Control Over Property of the Owner Less than $500.  
Brandy Spray, 43, Clinton, was arrested and charged with DUI-Under Influence of Intoxicating Compounds.
Ashley Sines, 36, Chestnut, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with DRVG Under Influ of Alcohol.

04/09/26 Gary Heckrodt 58, Clinton was charged with public indecency. Heckrodt was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to corrections.

 

04/10/26 Jackie Howard 47, Clinton was arrested on a Mclean County warrant. Howard was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to corrections.

 

04/11/26 Michael Boone 47, Decatur was charged with driving while driver’s license revoked and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Boone was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to corrections.

 

04/12/26 Tayler Beck 33, Decatur was charged with driving while driver’s license suspended. Beck was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to corrections.
