03/19/25 Naquita Marshall 31, Clinton was arrested on a Mclean County Warrant. Marshall was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

03/21/25 Amanda Murphy 43, Clinton was charged with adult use of cannabis by driver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Murphy was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

03/20/25 Aiden Gallagher 20, Clinton was charged with Illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, driving under influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcool BAC greater than .08 and improper lane usage. Gallagher was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

03/10/25 Briahna Collier 19, Clinton was arrested on a Mclean County warrant. Collier was also issued a citation for driving with no valid license. Collier was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

03/15/25 Brad Berg 59, Clinton was arrested on a Mclean County warrant. Berg was transported to the Dewitt County jail and released to corrections.

03/16/25 Stephanie Durbin 22, Clinton was charged with driving while license suspended, operation on an uninsured motor vehicle and disobey traffic control device. Durbin was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred at 14:34 on 2/20/25 revealed that Rodney Wood, 65, Cisco, was traveling northbound on Friends Creed Rd at the intersection of Airport Rd. There was a yield sign for northbound and southbound traffic on Friend’s Creek Rd. at this intersection. Wood stated he did not see Donald Whisman, 53, Clinton, and went through the intersection causing Whisman to hit the passenger side rear quarter panel of Wood. Whisman sustained heavy front end damage. Airbags were deployed on Whisman’s vehicle but not Wood’s. Wood was issued a Citation for Failure to Yield-Stop or Yield Intersection and was released with no Required Court Appearance. Woods vehicle was driven from the scene and Whisman’s was towed.

Christopher Spitzer, 35, Ottawa, was arrested on an In State Warrant.

Girish Rajendran, 29, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone). Rajendran was released with no Required Court Appearance.

Anthony Flesh, 61, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with, Driving on Suspended License/FTA.
