Isaac Graham, 27, Lincoln, was issued Citations for 4 counts of DUI; Operation of Vehicle with Suspended Registration; Improper Lane Usage; and Unlawful Possession Registration. Graham was released with a Required Court Appearance.

Debbie Gray, 50, Decatur, was arrested on two DeWitt County Warrants charging her with Driving RVK/Susp DUI/SS 2nd and Vio Bail Bond/Class 2 Offense.  Gray was released with a Required Court Appearance.

Clinton Police Department Arrests:

On 08/19/24 Walker Sturgeon 28, Clinton was arrested on a Dewitt County Warrant. Sturgeon was also charged with possession of methamphetamine and resisting/obstruction police. Sturgeon was transported to Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

On 08/20/24 Stephanie Durbin 21, Clinton was arrested on a Mclean County Warrant. Durbin was also charged with driving while license suspended, operation of a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operation of uninsured motor vehicle. Durbin was issued citations for each of additional charges and transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

On 08/20/24 Tracy Bateson 38, Clinton was charged with aggravated domestic battery and aggravated battery-deadly weapon other than firearm. Bateson was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

On 08/20/24 Scott Alwood 37, Clinton was charged with driving under the influence, Alwood was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

On 08/20 William Sims 21, Clinton was charged with theft and criminal trespass on private property. Sims was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

On 08/22/24 Isaac Graham 27, Lincoln was arrested on an Edgar County warrant. Isaac was also issued citations for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of hypodermic syringe/needle. Isaac was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections. 

On 08/23/24 Destiny Macklin 21, Decatur was charged with driving while license suspended. Macklin was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections. 

On 08/24/24 Robert Moore 32, Clinton was charged with domestic battery and an IDOC warrant. Moore was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

On 08//24/24 Juana Santizo-Perez 29, Springfield was charged with operating uninsured motor vehicle, no valid driver’s license/never issued, and failure to secure child under 8 years old. Santizo-Perez was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

On 08/12/24 Walker Sturgeon 28, Clinton was charged with criminal trespass to state-supported land. Walker was given notice to appear and transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections.

On 08/12/24 Dalton Baker, 24, Clinton was charged with Possession with intent to manufacture/deliver a controlled substance, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. Baker was issued a notice to appear and transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections. Baker was also issued a citation for driving with an expired license of greater than one year. 

On 08/13/24 Phillip Reynolds42, Brookings, OR was charged with Possession of a controlled substance. Reynolds was transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections.

On 08/14/2024 Jesse Miller 61, Clinton was charged with Aggravated Battery Public Place. Miller was transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections.

On 08/18/2024 Dezerae Baker 23, Clinton was arrested on a Dewitt County Warrant. Baker was transported to the Dewitt County jail where she was turned over to corrections.
