Arrests: 

On June 13, 2024 Clinton Police arrested Kadarius D. Sneed, 29, Clinton, for the offenses of Criminal Trespass to State Supported Land, Reckless Conduct and Criminal Damage to State Supported Property. Sneed was transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections for processing. Sneed was later released from custody under the Pretrial Fairness Act with a Notice to Appear.  

On June 13, 2024 Clinton Police arrested Kelsey J. Russell, 24, Clinton for the offense of Driving While License Suspended. Russell was transported to the Dewitt County Jail where she was turned over to corrections personnel for processing. After processing, Russell was issued a Notice to Appear and released. 

On June 13, 2024 Clinton Police arrested Luis E. Cardona-Mendoza, 30, Bloomington, IL for the offense of No Valid Driver’s License. Cardona-Mendoza was transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections personnel for processing. After processing, Cardona-Mendoza was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

On 06/07/24 Clinton Police investigated a property damage accident at Rt 54 East & E. Main St. A vehicle driven by Lynn A. Hawkins 61, Farmer City was traveling west on Rt 54 when a vehicle driven by Stephanie K. Durbin 21, Clinton was traveling west on Main St. Durbin stopped at the stop sign and proceeded into the intersection where the vehicle collided. Durbin was issued citations for Driving while License Suspended and Disobeying Traffic Control Device. Durbin was issued Notice to Appear in Court.

On 06/09/24 Clinton Police arrested Nicole I. Kessler 39, Clinton for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Kessler was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections for processing.
