Brock Wilson and Stone Stith went yard, and Clinton rolled Tuscola 7-3 in Central Illinois Conference high school baseball action on Thursday in Clinton.
Wilson and Stith's power backed a strong outing from Preson Curtis, who pitched into the seventh inning.
Leading 3-0 in the fourth inning, Stith's two-run shot to left capped a four-run inning. Wilson's blast to left in the third put the Maroons in front 3-0.
Curtis struck out nine in 6 1/3 innings of two-run ball. The senior issued five walks but allowed just one hit.
Wilson finished 3-for-3 with three RBIs.
The Maroons are 9-3 overall and 2-0 in the Central Illinois Conference. They will take on Dee-Mack in Mackinaw on Saturday.
